1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

Assignment Helper provides IT and programming assignment help services for university and college students. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Deep Learning and Neural Network implementations

All work is provided for educational and reference purposes to help students learn and understand programming concepts.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to the following responsibilities:

1. Accurate requirements — you must provide clear, complete, and accurate assignment requirements, including specifications, rubrics, reference materials, and any constraints.
2. Timely communication — you must respond to queries and clarification requests in a timely manner to ensure on-time delivery.
3. Respect deadlines — you must provide sufficient lead time for your assignment. Deadlines should be communicated at the time of the initial request.
4. Honest representation — you must not misrepresent assignment requirements or provide false information.
5. Academic integrity — you are responsible for using our work in compliance with your institution's academic integrity policies. Our services are intended as a learning aid and reference resource.
6. Legal use — you must not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Payment Terms

We operate on a pay after completion model, designed to give you confidence in the quality of our work:

• Pricing agreement — the price for each assignment is agreed upon before work begins. We provide a transparent quote based on complexity, length, deadline, and subject area.
• Pay after completion — payment is due after the completed work has been delivered and you have had the opportunity to review it.
• Payment methods — we accept various payment methods including bank transfers, digital wallets, and other commonly used payment platforms. Specific methods will be communicated during the project discussion.
• No hidden charges — the quoted price is final. There are no hidden fees, and revisions within the original scope are included at no additional cost.
• Late payment — if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe after delivery, we reserve the right to withhold future services.

5. Delivery and Revisions

• Delivery timeline — we commit to delivering your assignment before the agreed-upon deadline. If unforeseen circumstances arise that may affect delivery, we will notify you as early as possible.
• Free unlimited revisions — we offer unlimited free revisions within the original scope and requirements of your assignment. Revision requests should be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Scope of revisions — revisions cover corrections, adjustments, and improvements that fall within the originally agreed requirements. Requests that significantly alter or expand the original scope may be treated as new assignments and quoted accordingly.
• Delivery format — completed work is delivered via email, WhatsApp, or other agreed-upon communication channels in the format specified in the requirements.

6. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a fair refund policy:

• Full refund — if the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon requirements and we are unable to correct it through revisions, you are entitled to a full refund.
• Partial refund — if only a portion of the assignment requirements are met, a partial refund proportional to the unmet requirements may be issued.
• Dispute process — if you are unsatisfied with the delivered work, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the work against the original requirements, attempt to resolve the issue through revisions, and process a refund if the matter cannot be resolved.
• Non-refundable situations — refunds are not available if the assignment was completed according to the provided specifications, if requirements were changed after work began without prior agreement, or if the refund request is made more than 14 days after delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

• Ownership transfer — upon full payment, all intellectual property rights to the completed assignment, including source code, documentation, and deliverables, are transferred to you.
• No reuse or resale — we do not reuse, resell, or redistribute any work completed for you. Each assignment is treated as a unique, custom project.
• Original work — all assignments are completed from scratch. We do not use pre-written solutions or templates. Code is written specifically to meet your requirements.
• Third-party libraries — if open-source or third-party libraries are used in your project, they remain subject to their respective licenses. We will inform you of any such dependencies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Assignment Helper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific assignment in question.
• We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
• We are not responsible for academic consequences resulting from how you choose to use the delivered work.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and assignment details as strictly confidential:

• Your personal information, assignment details, and all communications are kept confidential and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
• Completed assignments are not published, shared, or made available to any other party.
• We do not disclose that we have worked with you to any educational institution or other party.
• A formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available upon request for additional assurance.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service engagement under the following conditions:

• By you — you may cancel an assignment at any time before work has begun at no cost. If work is already in progress, cancellation terms will be discussed based on the extent of work completed.
• By us — we reserve the right to decline or terminate a service engagement if the request violates these Terms, involves illegal activity, or if the client engages in abusive or disrespectful behavior.
• Effect of termination — upon termination, any outstanding payments for completed work remain due. Provisions regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
